What Data We Collect and Why
1. Enquiry data via our contact form (Tally)
When you submit our "Request an introduction" or "Register your interest" form, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Your nursery name and details
Why we collect it: To respond to your enquiry and, if appropriate, contact you when we have availability to take on a new nursery. We will never use this data to send you unsolicited marketing or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Legal basis: Legitimate interest (responding to an enquiry you have initiated) and, where you have explicitly requested to be contacted in future, consent.
How long we keep it: We retain enquiry data for up to 24 months. If you ask us to remove your data at any time, we will do so promptly.
2. Website analytics (Google Analytics)
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website — which pages are visited, how long people spend on them, and how they arrived. Google Analytics collects anonymous, aggregated data. It does not identify you personally.
Why we collect it: To improve the website and understand which content is useful to visitors.
Legal basis: Legitimate interest.
Data processed by Google: Your IP address is anonymised before storage. Google may process data outside the UK/EEA; Google is certified under appropriate transfer mechanisms. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
